A client came to us about designing an organizational culture program. This client had talks with a Fortune 500 company and was seeking a consultant to help their 650,000 employees change the way they think about organizational leadership and culture.

Our solution was to make a 10-part video series broken up into chunks with premium branding and design. Because of this, they were able to close a deal with the Fortune 500 company. Within the first month they brought in $250K with potential to expand and grow.

impowered is an app that focuses on helping reduce the caregiver shortage. The challenge with start-ups is that they are new and don't have brand awareness. Our strategy required a variety of items including a website, video, printed media, and digital products. We came up with a plan for how we could get their services in front of CEOs at larger home care companies.

The results were amazing. Thanks to our strategy and how we presented the information, impowered was able to bring in $840K in revenue from one client in its first year on the market.
